- Merit lists are prepared on the criteria as per KP-TEVTA Regulations 2020, applicable in the subject case, approved by KP-TEVTA Board of Directors in 15th BOD Meeting on 6th February, 2020.
- The merit lists have been revised after redressal of grievances and shall be considered as final merit lists before Practical tests. The candidates mentioned as eligible in the merit lists, are qualifying for Practical tests.
(As per KP-TEVTA Regulations, maximum Top 10 candidates against each post are considered as eligible for Practical test)
- In case of the posts of Assistant Professor BPS-18, only the experience gained in line in a regular full paid job required after obtaining the prescribed qualification till closing date of advertisement is counted towards eligibility of candidates (Prescribed qualification is the one, on the basis of which the candidate becomes eligible for the post.
- The candidates who have submitted written requests in this office for replacement of their experience certificates or incorporation of additional experience certificates, which were not written by them in their NTS application forms, are hereby informed that their requests are denied by the Competent Authority, in view of clear provision in terms and conditions of advertisement that “the provided information will be considered as final for further processing. Omissions or insertion will not be entertained after the due date”. Further, all the candidates have signed undertaking in NTS form that “in case of any information contained herein is found at any stage to be missing, untrue, false or forged my candidature can be cancelled at any stage”
- Practical tests shall be taken from the qualifying candidates shortly. Schedule of the Practical test whenever finalized, will be uploaded on KP-TEVTA website, and call letters will be issued to the qualifying candidates through post mail on their mailing address accordingly.
- Written tests for the subject posts have been conducted by third party, i.e. National Testing Service (NTS), therefore KP-TEVTA cannot intervene in the scores awarded by them.”
