“PUBLIC NOTICE”
- Provisional merit lists are prepared on the criteria as per KP-TEVTA Regulations 2020, approved by KP-TEVTA Board of Directors in 15th BOD Meeting.
- The Provisional Merit lists of Junior Instructors BPS-15 and Trade Instructors BPS-15 have been revised in light of the decision of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Ombudsman in identical case of C&W Department, and subsequent recommendations of the HR Committee KP-TEVTA in light of the aforesaid decision, according to which:
“eligibility of candidates shall be determined on the basis of required qualification in the advertisement, i.e. G-II level Certificate(in case of Trade Instructors BPS-15) Or Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE), and the candidates possessing the said qualification shall only stand eligible for the posts”
In view of the above, the candidates for the posts of Junior Instructors BPS-15, not having “DAE in the relevant field” and the candidates for the posts of Trade Instructors BPS-15, not having “DAE or Matriculation with GII Level Certificate in the relevant field” are declared as “INELIGIBLE” for the posts concerned.
- Other grievances of the candidates regarding any errors or Arithmetic mistakes in the Provisional Merit lists have been already considered and redressed by the scrutiny committee. Hence, the merit lists shall be considered as final merit lists before Practical tests. Maximum Top 10 eligible candidates of the subject merit lists, against each post, are considered as qualified for Practical tests, as per KP-TEVTA Regulations 2020.
- Practical tests shall be taken from the qualifying candidates shortly. Schedule of the Practical test whenever finalized, will be uploaded on KP-TEVTA website, and call letters will be issued to the qualifying candidates through post on their mailing address accordingly.”
- Screening tests for the subject posts have been conducted by third party, i.e. National Testing Service (NTS), therefore KP-TEVTA cannot intervene in the scores awarded by them.
